honey rice bubbles

Rice Bubble (crispies) Squares

  • 130g butter
  • 1/2 cup (110g) sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 cups rice bubbles
  1. Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper.
  2. Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Stir in honey then boil for about 4 minutes. Stir in vanilla then remove from heat. Stir in rice bubbles then pour into prepared container.
  3. Press down flat with a rubber spatula then allow to set before slicing. (I put them in the fridge )
