Rice Bubble (crispies) Squares
- 130g butter
- 1/2 cup (110g) sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 cups rice bubbles
- Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper.
- Bring butter and sugar to a boil. Stir in honey then boil for about 4 minutes. Stir in vanilla then remove from heat. Stir in rice bubbles then pour into prepared container.
- Press down flat with a rubber spatula then allow to set before slicing. (I put them in the fridge )
