Year 4

Wednesday 8th April 2020

Good morning year 4.

Happy Holidays! We hope you are having a lovely week so far. The weather is beautiful so try to get out in your garden if you are lucky enough to have one and if not make the most of a nice hour long walk if you can.

If you aren't sure what to do then you could choose an activity from the Easter Bingo below.

We would also like to share some pictures you have sent us. Veer has been baking some delicious sugar free cookies and Mehvish has been keeping fit with Joe Wicks's P.E (See the link in P.E if you want to give it a go!)

As usual, we hope you are all behaving yourselves and that you and your families are safe and well. We look forward to receiving more emails from you soon.

Speak to you soon.

Miss Paknadel, Mr Reed & Miss Enahoro.

Welcome to Year 4.

Whilst the school is closed we will aim to support your child's learning as much as we can.

You can contact your class teachers via email Monday-Friday between 8:45am and 3:15pm and we will aim to respond as soon as possible (please note that we will only respond between the hours of 8:45 and 3:25). If you need advice, help finding work or passwords for the children to access sites such as MyMaths/Bugclub then we will do our best to help you.

From Monday we will be regularly updating the Year 4 area with extra activities, good websites and messages.

Packs will be given to all children at school tomorrow. If your child is not attending then you can come and collect their pack at 3:15 from the usual collection point in the playground. If you cannot collect the pack then it will be uploaded onto here from Friday 20th March.

We hope you are all well, reassuring the children and will support them to continue with their learning as best you can.

Yours sincerely,

Miss Paknadel, Miss Enahoro and Mr Reed.

School Closure Learning Pack

Maths Whizz announcement

Maths Whizz have announced that any children not already signed up can now have free access while schools remain closed. This is a fantastic resource and we suggest all parents make the most of this. If you send your child's full name and date of birth to your teachers email address they will sign your child up and reply with the passwords.
